Congratulations on your degree and good luck with your job.

Added after 2 hours 4 minutes:
I found this satellites constellation on the web. It's from a Chinese company: China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC)
The name of the satellites is "Hulianwang Digui." 6,000 satellites are planned at 500-600 km and 7,000 at 1,145 km.
Apart from the data collected by Celestrak, there's little on the web.
The satellite would have a deployed wingspan of 5m !!!
With the launches of test devices and the first groups, there are currently 107 satellites in orbit.

I am not model so I use model of oneweb satelite

Landsat 1 to 3

detail_image_2.jpg
Landsat 1 to 3 were the first-generation of Earth observations satellites operated by NASA and the USGS. Launched between 1972 and 1978, their design were based on the Nimbus weather satellites. The Landsats began the first continuous mapping of the Earth's surface. All the first-generation satellites were retired from active service since 1983

Orbital data from CelesTrak, which were originally retrieved by gironde in 2021. The CMOD models were derived from NASA 3D Resources.

Landsat 4 to 5 were the second-generation of Earth observation satellites operated by NASA and the USGS. They were built using the Multimission Modular Spacecraft (MMS) bus, which were originally intended with Shuttle servicing missions in mind. Both satellites were launched in 1982 and 1984, remaining in active service until 2001 and 2013 respectively.

Orbital data from CelesTrak, which were originally retrieved by gironde in 2021. The CMOD models were derived from the NASA 3D Resources site.

Fram2

Post #328by DaveBowman2001 » 02.12.2025, 03:34

cover_image.jpg
Fram2, a SpaceX Dragon 2 mission named in homage to the first ship that successfully reached both the North and the South Poles, is a private human spaceflight that flew for three days in April 2025. The all-civilian crew (comprising of Chun Wang, Jannicke Mikkelsen, Rabea Rogge and Eric Philips) were the first people in space to fly over the polar regions, breaking the record for the highest orbital inclination achieved that was long-held by Vostok 6 since 1963. It aimed to study various atmospheric phenomena and the space environment above the polar regions, in addition to other scientific research/outreach

Orbital data from CelesTrak. This is a reskin of the Inspiration4 add-on so that the logo of Fram2 is visible on the hull of Resilience

The HTV-X, also known as the Kotonotori, is the new resupply spacecraft designed by the Japanese Space Agency (JAXA) intended to replace the original HTV vehicle. Each launch can carry a total of 5,850 kg worth of cargo to the ISS and LOP-G. Its first flight occurred on October 2025.

Serves as a visual update to the add-on previously published alongside the original HTV in 2023. Features a new, remastered CMOD model that visually resembles the hardware launched in 2025.

Advanced Land Observation Satellite (ALOS) 1

Post #332by DaveBowman2001 » 09.12.2025, 08:22

cover_image.jpg
The Advanced Land Observing Satellite (ALOS), also called Daichi, was an Earth observations satellite operated by JAXA from 2006 to 2011. Weighing over 3,810 kg at launch, it has three sensors designed for cartography and disaster monitoring across the Asia-Pacific region. A malfunction in its solar array led to the termination of the mission, shortly after it monitored the devastating 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami. It remains in LEO as derelict space debris (as of 2025)

Amazon has changed the name of its satellites.

They are now called Amazon-Leo instead of Kuiper.

Today, I'm reposting the previously published series, that is, launches 001 through 006; all have been corrected and updated.

(Note that there was a duplicate entry in launch 006, which I have removed.)
The next launch (007) will implement these new arrangements.

Beresheet-1

Post #338by DaveBowman2001 » 17.12.2025, 22:49

cover_image.jpg
Beresheet was Israel's first lunar landing mission. Launched from a Falcon 9 in February 2019, it successfully entered lunar orbit on 4 April 2019. However, it crashed onto the lunar surface after suffering with gyroscopic failures during its landing attempt on 11 April 2019. A follow-up mission, Beresheet-2, was planned for flight by 2025 but was never funded.

This add-on depicts the spacecraft landed intact onto its planned landing site within Mare Serenitatis. The model was originally made by shakedregev98 from SketchFab
