While I have a 100+ object backlog (while writing this) on the NEO catalog, here is a Methane molecule. One at the actual size of the molecule and one at 100000000x magnification because Celestiafreaks when trying to view an object in the nanometer range.

Updated to fix the Methane molecule's color and added a Caffeine molecule. (Note one of the Nitrogen molecules doesn't have the proper color due to CMOD view not wanting to color it.)
