i went back to the cassini data and remade the Hyperion texture using ISIS4
there is also a new mesh for this texture

This initiative is good, but Hyperion still doesn't match the photos. The texture is not correctly applied to the model. And, perhaps, the model itself is incorrectly deployed.

yeah..............
use the 3d asteroid catalogue mesh
the texture itself looks nice but its not allining with the model correctly...
