Oblateness fix for rapidly rotating stars

Hey everyone.

This small STC file modifies about 300 or so stars so they are oblate (i.e. wider at their equator than at their poles). These oblateness values are merely estimates, from van Belle (2012): "Interferometric observations of rapidly rotating stars".

I commented out HIP 11888 for some reason, I can't remember why.
