A person clamming to be the user name "luke" or the user going by the name " luke "
uploaded a file to the motherload clamming that it was theirs !!!!!

in fact it is a renamed COPY!!!! of the old Rob Sanders add on from 2004
WITH THE CREATORS INFORMATION REMOVED!!!!! FROM THE SSC

Now this is a pretty stupid attemt on plagiarism, if the same addon already exists on the same site.

As a maintainer of the Motherlode I would like to save Luke's reputation!

Generally everybody can select an authors name from drop down list when one uploads an add-on. Somebody must have selected Luke's name under the list and tried to pass it off as an add-on by Luke. Since the IP address of this fake upload is different to the IP adress Luke usually uses, I did doubt that Luke did upload this file.

In the case of such suspicious add-ons I usually contact the alleged author to verify that he really did upload that file (or not). Meanwhile Luke did answer and stated that this one has not been uploaded by him! I have no reason to not trust him.

Maybe John just did lay the blame too quick on Luke. As far as I can say, Luke is a respectable author.
