Celestia Review

Anyone here who tried installing Celestia in Ubuntu 15.10? Can you tell me about the installation?
i do not use ubuntu so...
but on Fedora,OpenSUSE , CentOS ,and Debian
the source builds just fine
grab it from svn and install qt4 and qt creator , libpng 12 ( it IS in the repos and can be installed along side libpng16 )
install cspice and run the celestia.pro in qt creator
autotools are NOT building it correctly on OpenSUSE 42.1 with gcc 4.8
this is in NEED of updating
