The 7 Elements

Since a few months (Oh yes, I'm sometimes(?) a little slow on the uptake...) I began to learn how to handle with 3d software.
It ain't easy, though...

Unfortunately I've started with blender... and wasted a lot of time with this ....... program (I have to leave that at this point to be taken right adjective, because Selden would probably delete the whole posting... )

But maybe I'm just not smart enough for the innovative navigation menu of - grrrrrr - Blender...
So I choosed Anim8or for the moment. (I am currently at the lowest level. Therefore...I can not even specifically ask you something, because there are too many questions yet..)

For testing purposes, I try to carry out this small add-on here; I call it "The Seven Elements"*:

For a brief glance I would like to represent the size of the atmosphere (biosphere ~20km altitude), the water on Earth and the inner core in comparison to our Earth. Some meshes (the models of water & atmosphere) are animated.

*The 7 elements are: Earth, Water (oceans, rivers, lakes,...), Air (biosphere ~20km altitude), Fire (the inner core), Space (with all its stars and the unknown matter(s)), Time (at least as long as you look at the picture) and - there's still something there - Spirit (promoting love and good things - between, around and inside of all of this...

Hi Michael, good job but - do not beat me - for the development's stages maybe it should be more suited the "add-on development" section. :o
Never at rest.

Thanks, Massimo for your reply. :)

...But actually I thought the work is almost done and ready to load it up to ML...?

I've added the volume size for air, water and the core into a location file and maybe I will make some fine tuning at the core-"heat-clouds" map.

Or is there something else to improve...?
Any criticism is important and always welcome

Without one of these seven elements our Earth would probably look like this (just only the craters are missing...)
therefore I'll also add a 4K-AltSurface-map...:

Bildschirm018.jpg

Recent research has found out that the core is likely more "cubic". (But, with a "cubic" core I would have had some problems with the representation (heat clouds, etc. ..).

One thing I would like to add: Don't you think it's astonishing and remarkable that the material elements, Fire - Water (at least with the H2O contained in the biomass) - Air, have nearly the same volume...?

However, the three non-material elements (Space, Time, Spirit) seem almost endless and barely comprehensible to our human mind and mysterious ...

And in between: our Earth...

Regards
Michael
