Once I get a new PC and have everything from my old PC transferred to it, I really should get to updating a few of these addons that don't really live up to my standards now. Here are the ones I was thinking of and the updates they will have:

Kepler-62:
-Kepler-62 f will now use the official NASA texture, and the other planets will have theirs updated so some look less "procedural" (referring to 62d, 62e).

Gliese 581:
-Gliese 581 c will now be a Super-Venus Mini-Neptune instead of a water world, and the other planets will receive better textures.

Kepler-37:
-Again, new textures that better resemble the official impressions.

Kepler-1647:
-Brand new texture that likely will use acrylic pour.

Kepler-69:
-Like Gliese 581 c, Kepler-69 c will be made into a Super-Venus given recent data, and 69b will be updated to look more realistic.

51 Pegasi b:
-Will update the texture to probably one of cubic's.

Kepler-90:
-New textures so everything looks realistic. Acrylic pour will be used for Kepler-90g and 90h (and maybe 90d-90f?).

HD 189733 Ab:
-Texture will be re-upscaled to 4k.

Systems or exoplanets with their names in bold mean I'd made progress on updating them, but due to the dilemma, they've been put on hold for now.

by realistic you mean more realistic looking textures (ie your acrylic gas planets) or do you mean a more acccurate whole system like how i approached Kepler-90 (see here)

By realistic, I mean the former (the acrylic pour jovians) because planets d-h use textures I generated in Cinema 4D, and they aren't the most realistic.

yeah, i see where your coming from
using Juno data for fictional jovians will also do the trick (did this to kepler-90 h for my addon of the system), but you do you

The HD 189733 Ab addon has been replaced with an addon that contains 14 hot Jupiters (HD 189733 Ab being one of those 14).

I've decided that everytime I make a new addon, I'll post a reply with the addon itself in said reply, rather than add it to the list of addons on the first page, mainly for convenience, and also so I don't have to worry about maxing out at 10 pictures on one reply.

Some of the other versions of 55 Cancri A showed more reasonable depictions of e.
The best depiction then was a dark world with lava fissures, as shown in SevenSpheres' addon.https://celestiaproject.space/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=19978&p=150298&hilit=55+cancri#p150298
Though you did good with your effort on the system and Askaniy tried good with the texture of e.

Actually, more recent research suggests that 55 Cancri e does not have a thick atmosphere. With a temperature of over 3,000 K, it also seems likely that the planet would be completely molten, though it might be more realistic for it to be non-emissive, with reflected light from the star being dominant on the dayside (like my depiction of Gliese 367 b / Tahay).

The surface texture for 55 Cancri e in my addon was modified from an older version of the texture in NASA's Eyes on Exoplanets, I think. In any future update I would probably remove the clouds.

(In fact, when Askaniy first posted his texture on Discord - which was just a generic lava planet texture, made from a picture of tea! - I thought of using it for the same planet.)

I spent way too long trying to come up with the thumbnail lol.

Update 1/13/24: Minor fix on the normal maps for Proxima b (thx cubic for telling me about disabling dithering on normal maps).
