Wait, where did those proper names come from? Are they official?

Of course. But the English Wikipedia slows down. :smoke:

A total of 10 new names have been issued (see the section with moons announced in October 2019).

Added after 28 minutes 7 seconds:
Just in case, for those who doubt: in the HORIZONS system this names are already displayed. That's where I first got my information from.
But I must admit that I never found an official circular from the IAU. :insane:

Decided to reinstall Celestia again for the first time in years. Have there been any new releases for this project this year and has the installation method changed? Thanks.

This is still the latest release. The next release has been delayed, mainly due to the addition of trajectories for every planet and moon in the Solar System.

Ah, okay thanks. I got a new PC 2 years ago that's far more powerful than my old one, and since I actually have admin rights, I could install normally with the batch files. I have yet to try it out but I got the highest quality textures so I'll provide an update when I can.

Can you also define trajectories in this case? It's been so long that I've largely forgotten most of the terms used around here.

They are referring to the custom XYZV trajectories derived from JPL HORIZONS, which you can see on Art Blos's screenshots above

Ah, I see then.

Also, the program runs perfectly! I'm having no performance issues at all, and remember that this is being run with the highest quality textures. I can provide my specs if needed.

Added after 52 minutes 12 seconds:
Can someone help me out? I got a fresh install of Celestia with Celestia Origin installed, but I can't remember how to make asteroids and comets and such appear. Thanks.

EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot that ViDiBa was a thing. They show up now!

Click on "ViDiBa" near the top right, then select "All Asteroids" (at the top) and/or "All Comets" (scroll down).

Origin's Earth doesn't look so great now that I'm used to FarGetaNik's Earth...

I have one more question. How do I get 67P's moonlet to appear?

Set the date to between October 18-24 in 2015. It was a temporarily captured satellite.
