Total noob here...Plz help

I just started using this program the other day and I was on it for about 3 hours....didnt want to get off. Very awesome program and kudos to the makers.

My question is this. Im running a 3400+ with a x800xt and the prog is running at a very low resolution. I tried to see if i can change it to 1280x1024 but I can't seem to figure out how. I tried looking up the answer on the net. I also tried looking at the cfg file but don't find anything about it. Can anyone tell me how?

Also, I would love to put some addons to make it look much purtier Does anyone recommend any addons?

About resolution:

At the menu at the top of the screen choose Render and then Select Display Mode. A little window will pop-up with a bunch of options for resolutions and color depth. Choose which ever ones you want.

About add-ons:

Go to http://www.celestiamotherlode.net/ . There are alot of different add-ons there. Add-ons with higher resolutions will (usually) look better.
