Looking for a Model Owner and Usage Permission

Hi folks...
I'm trying to figure out who might have made the following model:
If you are still around, I'd like permission to use this model as an example of a solar power satellite orbiting Mercury for one of my ArcBuilder add-ons.

Jack Higgins made the model for me, for use in one of my educational activities (Activity 5 - the terraforming of Mars). He has never had a problem with us folks using his models for worthwhile projects, so I'm sure he wouldn't mind, but I think he can still be emailed (he hasn't been on the forum for a while now). Check his profile for email address, or go to his website and see if the address is there.

Well, after a couple of "don't hold your breath" automatic messages from the ol' Mailer-Daemon, I finally got one back that essentially said "You're out of luck". I used his email, found on his website, too.
Anyone have any other means of contacting him? I'm really not comfortable uploading this particular add-on to the Motherlode without his permission for use of that model....
