I recently formatted my computer and I now am trying to remade Celestia as it was before.But I can??t download the prometheus.zip addon,because when I try with Getright,it is said that is only a web page and not a file.In case of Rassilon??s,while I was trying to download NGC 2237,it is said that the homepage doesn??t exist.
What can I do?

You need to tell us where you're trying to get these files.
I don't know anything about prometheus.zip or where it's hosted.
Some servers, like sourceforge, send you to an html page where you can select an appropriate server. They don't link you directly to the zip file.

Rassilon has permanently shut down the server where he used to host some addons privately. You probably should contact him directly and urge that he provide the files on the Motherlode.

Getright is a download accelerator. It can't work with the situation I describe above. Also, many sites ban the use of accelerators, since they try to open many parallel sessions, causing many problems for the servers.

Does that mean he retired from the celestia community for good?

Not really for good, but he does have other interests now. He still drops in here once in a while.
