Is there a way to see the rings of Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune?

Jupiter's ring not drawn by default. As for Uranus and Neptune, you just need to look harder.

You can confirm what Celestia knows how to draw by looking at the declarations in solarsys.ssc. It's a text file, so you can use Notepad to look at it if you're running Windows.
