bookmarks

Can anyone explain to me what I have to do to retain _ALL_ the settings,
using a bookmark.
When I simpy bookmark an interesting scene I want to be able to view that part later exactly like I stored it.
Loading the bookmark sets some of the items back like they were when I bookmarked the scene, but others don't.
For instance the time, timespeed and FOV and probably lots of items also
are not stored.
An option would be the use of URL's but using bookmarks is much easier and faster.
So my question: can it be done using bookmarks or another fast way ?
