Is there any chance of there being music and sound effects in future realeses of Celestia to further create the effect of spaceflight? Maybe even a way to pilot a ship?

Why not just enter "sound" into the search engine. That's what it is for...

It's not an official release (yet), but works pretty well. Try it out and report any bugs/issues. The sooner any issues are ironed out, the better chance of it becoming part of an official release.
