I tried to modify ISS data as best as I could, but for some reason, it is not flying over New Zeland as it should be.

Any ideas? What did I do wrong?

If you want someone to tell you what you did wrong, you'll have to show what you actually did.

Grant Hutchison wrote an Excel spreadsheet to convert between TLEs and Celestia format. You might try using that. (http://www.lepp.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/hutchison/spreadsheets.html)

Don't forget that Celestia represents the Earth as a spheroid with many flat facets. The real Earth has a much more complicated shape. This causes a significant difference in viewing angles for objects in Low Earth Orbit like the ISS.
