High resolution image captures...

I have been doing some image captures from Celestia, but would like to increase the resolution of the images. Is there any easy way to accomplish this? Ideally, it would be nice to be able just set a bookmark and then tell the program to run with a large scrollable window of any arbitrary size. The program does not seem to be designned to do that.

Another solution might be to to just zoom into the frame and then pan around and do image captures of two, or four images and then combine them into one large one using Photoshop. This is what I have been trying to do, but there does not seem to be any way to tell Celestia to keep the camera pointing in the same direction at all times and let me pan right, left, up down in a simple catesian plane.

Sounds like I need to write a CELX script to do that. Maybe someone out there has such a thing already. If so please share.
