So after reading a long article about how wiki's work (it was about the wikipedia) I thought, "Hmm... would it benefit us to have some kind of online 'User's Guide Wiki'" where we could all contribute and hone to a current user's guide? It would take some of the pressure off the individuals who create our great users guide.
Not sure how technically this is set up, or if there's off-the-shelf wiki-hosting software but... thoughts?
