2002 NT7 : Script Idea

Just a thought, would it be possible to simulate the effects of the '2002 NT7' hitting earth in a script file? With variating views from earth, the asteroid, etc?

If anyone could do this, or could tell me how to do this I would be very grateful (Remember: Newbie Here)...

AFAIK, currently, Celestia hasn't even got collision detection coded in, so simulating crashs is not possible ;)

Hmmmm...It wouldn't be hard, but I won't edit any source code, I don't think we are allowed (Well it is freeware, but nevetheless)...
