I am worried, too. I emailed him > 2 weeks ago, since I knew his health tended to become very unstable due to a bad kind of diabetes. In his reply, he confirmed to me that his health was presently very bad.

As Fridger already wrote, Bob's health became bad.
I've been in contact with Bob two weeks ago and he asured me that he didn't quit the community. He takes a break and will come back as soon as possible.

Good health to you, Bob.

What concerns me, is that Bob's webpage is gone, and a PM to him stays undelivered since nearly two weeks.

Right, I noticed that, too, some days ago.

He's BACK...

Post #12by Bob Hegwood » 08.04.2005, 22:27

Sorry all, and thanks for the concern.

I've been at the mercy of some sadistic doctors for a while,
and there wasn't much I could do about it. <shrug>

I'll try to stay out of the hospital for a while now.

Take care, Bob

Hope that you won't have to see those sadistic doctors for a long time now.

Take care Bob.

Thanks all for the comments. As far as Doctors go, I'd personally like to
take a baseball bat to most of them.

Sorry Fridger, I don't mean you... I'm talking about medical doctors now.

Take care, Bob
