Hi,

After level1, 2, 3, I finally get bored in renaming the level 4 of a 16k VT map?€¦ so I get the Fridger?€™s script?€¦ (yes sound quite masochist but I like to prove the basic way before using a ?€?all done?€

I would love to save you, but the closest I ever came to a Mac was about 5 meters ;-)

You might well be the first one, having problems with my script.

Bye Fridger

Tx Fridger

I know you are not working on Mac is why I haven't send you a private message or mail...

Your script is not the problem, it's just a mac osX user issue with the unix part...

ElChristou,

"user" is not "usr".

In this case, Fridger meant "Place this script in your home directory or in some other convenient directory which belongs to you, the user."

What a stupid I do?€¦ I get confused cause of the line in the script:

texturesize=`/Volumes/bilbo/usr/local/bin/identify $1|cut -d " " -f 3`
?€¦
/Volumes/bilbo/usr/local/bin/convert -cache $maxmem -crop ${tilesize}x${tilesize} $1 out%d.$tileformat
?€¦

But I understand know the usr/local/bin/ is the directory of imagemagick utilities?€¦

So I have done all points like the "how to" say but get an error in terminal:

Last login: Tue Feb 8 10:01:53 on console
[Bilbo:~] chriscam% zsh
Bilbo% chmod +x virtualtex.txt
Bilbo% ./virtualtex earth.jpg 512 jpg
zsh: no such file or directory: ./virtualtex

So in point 9 of the ?€?how to?€
