When I look from earth at the moon during Total eclipses (like in Aug 11, 1999 or Mar 29,2006, or others) they appear annular and not total. Where is the error ?

Atmospheres
What you're seeing is probably the stellar "atmosphere" added to fuzz out the edges of the disc. If you turn off atmospheres with ctrl-A the eclipses will look more accurate (though they are not photo-realistic).
