Celestia works fine with as many displays as an individual graphic card supports. Most modern cards can draw 3D graphics on two displays simultaneously. Matrox Parhelia cards can draw on as many as three.

My understanding is that Celestia was not designed to run on multiple graphics cards simultaneously. It might do something reasonable if they're all identical, though.

I don't know what you mean by

Also, whats the story on creating your own spacecraft as your 'icon' for others to view or something.

If you mean an image within Celestia, then you just need to provide a 3DS or CMOD model.

If you mean an image on the bulletin board, then they're disabled to keep the server's bandwidth requirements down and to avoid, umm, interpersonal discord.
