Gliese Cross Index Data File

Is this file still used? I see it is listed in the cfg file of the pre5 installation, but I can't find it anywhere.

My understanding is that Chris intends for there eventually to be a separate cross-reference table for each of the major star catalogs. Right now, though, the Gliese numbers are included in starnames.dat. My guess is that they'll be removed from that file and go into their own before v1.4.0 final is made available.
