I didn?t find in Selden or anywhere else,the traditional way of installing the Rosetta Nebula.What is the HIP number of the folder?HIP 50000?

What do you mean by "traditional"?
The readme file inside Rassilon's "Rosetta" Addon zip file ( http://www.shatters.net/~rassilon/NGC2237.zip 653KB ) describes what must be done if you're using Celestia v1.2.5 or earlier.
If you want to use that Addon with Celestia v1.3.0 or later, please follow the instructions at http://www.lepp.cornell.edu/~seb/celestia/addon-intro.html#4
