Again, I wrote a german-speaking version of it.

There is not so much new stuff to report in the new user's guide, so take it as an updated and revised guide with a few additions.

Hi!

I'm new to Celestia, but I have to say I already like it very much!
Right now I'm also working on a Dutch translation of the User guide version 1.3.2 (though it is going to take some time, thanks to school etc) but: it is coming!
Well, I haven't really got anything else to say right now, but I'll let you know as soon as I've finished translating!
