Where is Vulcanius located ?

I've downloaded the Vulcanius add-on. It sounds to be great, but I can't find the star it depends.
If anyone knows...

As written in vulcanius.ssc, the reference star is "SIG Col", sigma columba....
Open Celestia, press enter, type "SIG COL", press enter again, then press G.

Once there...fly to Vulcanius!

Indeed, where is Vulcanius located? I've done a search on shatters.net and done a Google search. Neither has yielded a location from which I can download the Vulcanius Add-On. Where can the download file be found?
