Any Suggestions??

Hi, I have tried over and over again to get the Eclipses from the planets moons to appear on the planets themselves. The shadows are not showing, what ever I do, the eclipse feature doesn't work at all. Can anyone help me please or give me some ideas on how I can make this work? Thanks!!!
