hi

I need help with cloud texture of earth. In this texture appear lines and correct image of clouds. It is in 8k and I downloaded it of this site

and it is of Don Edward.

I have 1,6 GHz, 256 Mb ram, nvidia gforce2 56.72 and celestia 1.3.2pre8

can someone help me?

Maybe this helps:
look in data\solarsys.ssc for the Earth-section (beginning with the line: "Earth" "Sol"), then a couple of lines down for the entry "CloudSpeed 65". Set it to 0 (instead of 65), and check if clouds now work (they obviously won't move anymore, but should display ok).
