I know this isn't really the appropriate forum to be asking this question but I've looked everywhere on the web and can't find anything.

Chris, I noticed you mentioned you had bought Deep Space Explorer in an earlier post.

I'm wondering does Deep Space Explorer allow for the sort of programmatic control Celestia does? Does it have a script language which essentially allows you to make and record fairly sophisticated animations?

I'm afraid I have no idea . . . I haven't played with Deep Space Explorer that much. I suspect that there's either no scripting language, or that if there is one, it's not exposed for users.
