Alternate Object Command in .SSC file?

Hi to everyone!

I wonder if it is possible to use an AltObject command, just like the AltSurface command, in a SSC/STC/DSC file in order to be able to include differend cloudtextures, 3ds model files, rings and other characteristics of any type of object displayed in Celestia. This command will substitute the AltSurface command with its limitations. It will then be possible to completely avoid modification of the solarsys.ssc and other .ssc files used by the original installation file of Celestia. Thus it will be much easier to upgrade to a newer version  .
Sorry if this has been asked in the past but I am a new user. (Well not really new any more as I have downloaded more than a GB of fantastic add-ons...).
