how do I compile celestia on my Mandrake 8.1

I try to compile celestia on my Mandrake 8.1 without success.
I try : make in different way... it always say to me that it has no rules...
Does someone have a procedure?

I've compiled celestia on Mandrake 8.2. If you post the complete error message
I can help you. I had to apply some patches to get this to work.

Also, there is an rpm of the latest celestia on http://www.rpmfind.net.
