in celestia 1.3.0 I was using the option: Show Stars as Point

but in celestia 1.3.1 I don't find this option anymore...

can I enable it?

Look in the "Render" menu for "Star Style >"
It now has three options, not just two:
Fuzzy Points
Points
Scaled Discs
