Lately I've some problem of downloading files from the CVS repository
Especialy textures. When I click on "download" the same screen popup again. Right click with the mouse and "save as" doesn't work either. Everytime I'll get a file wich have a proper filename e.g. *.jpg, but with a html content.

I too was having problems accessing the public CVS-server directly. It probably is (again) overloaded
The HTML-content could be the error-page (or an empty page) given by the webserver if it can't reach the CVS-server. Trying again at a later time could help.
