any way of making time speed up/slow down in relation to how fast one is traveling? Like a space/time on/off feature.

Traveling at light speed would make the external universe time infinately fast, but I think theres some real insight and educational value in the idea.

Also, a feature that would tint objects based on doppler shifts would be insightful too.

are there any REALISTICpulsars, quasars, magnetars?

how about gravitational Lensing effects? I know the latter is a tough one, but its now possible with pixel shaders to simulate the effect...
