Is the planet 16 Cyg B b included in Celestia in the original download or do I have to create it myself?

I ask only because the program does not seem to know anything about the star 16 Cyg B, but there is a star called HD 186427 about 800 AU away with an eccentric planet in orbit.

Is HD 186427 the same thing as 16 Cyg B?

16 Cyg B = HR 7504 = HD 186427

Oh, perhaps you refer to the supposed position of that star. My mistake...
