Full-screen mode, minimum limit of FOV.

I have two questions :
1. Can J somehow made Celestia start in full-screen mode (without pressing Alt+Enter)? And the same thing to enable auto-magnitude? And once again the same thing to turn light travel delay on at start-up. Should I edit a configuration file, the Registry or sth? Hm?
2. Is it possible to decrease the minimum limit of FOV (so that it was smaller than 3.0")?
Why ?
Take a look at HST photo of Betelgeuse star. It's impossible to see the same picture in Celestia using FOV decreasing function. Also, it would be VERY interesting to use the Celestia's "telescope" to see planets around other stars - viewing from the Solar System, of course.
And I propose to increase the maximal FOV limit to 180°.
