BitTorrent for Celestia Add-Ons?

Ok i just today downloaded Celestia, so yes I am a Celestia newbie.
I am, however, not an internet newbie, so I was thinking...
Due to the size and nature of Celestia add-ons (particuarly textures), I feel like it would be beneficial if someone would run a Celestia Add-On BitTorrent tracker.
I know that if anyone knows anything about BitTorrent, it is that it has been use severely lately for illegal downloads (like movies and such), and might not exactly be seen in the best light. In and of itself BitTorrent is not illegal, and was designed just for this sort of thing.
A link to the BitTorrent development site is here: http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/
The basic idea is that you download the file from other users, in addition to the main server, that way the main server isnt overloaded, and the file downloads faster on all fronts.
It is very easy and user friendly on the user's side (barely differs from the normal Internet Explorer download window).
Anyhow, I would love to set up a tracker of some sort, but I dont exactly have the resources.
If anyone is interested (perhaps Chris?) I can help set up a tracker... it isn't that difficult (as long as you can follow instructions).
I just feel this would be awesome so that people could have a fast, well indexed way of downloading textures and addons for Celestia.
Oh and by the way, I really love this program.
Great work guys!
