Hy we are an astronomical association made by friends. Our name is Altair and we operate in Ostia Lido (Roma, Italy).
Our is a no-profit association. So we would like to know if it is possible to use Celestia for a little pubblic dimonstrations about the sky and the stars to introduce our interested persons in the world of astronomy.

Thanks for consideration
Associazione Astrofili Altair.

Well, even if you were to make money out of it, that's perfectly OK. You can even package and sell Celestia for a profit if you want. As long as you comply with the GPL.

Altair et al.,

If you haven't already, you shoud contact Andrea Pelloni of Virginio Cesarini Observatory at 157 Frasso Sabino. They are already using Celestia in their presentations and they are not far from you.
