Sun's rotation

The sun rotates once in just over 25 days. My question is that
all of the suns I've checked all rotate in that same period. Is that
because no one knows the length of days for other suns, or is that
a bug?

Rotation period is known for some stars, and there are better estimates according to spectral class. Celestia at present uses a standard rotation period for all stars - just as it uses a standard equatorial plane for all stars.
