I just registered my username on this forum, altho I new about Celestia since about November, 2002.

I havent used Celestia that mutch really, just to look at eclipses, stars with other planets and acelerate time to the year with 6 digits.

After looking at this forum for the past week I noticed that there is so many addons for Celesta that its not funny. I decided to install the latest version. And to take to program seriously, as in actualy use it. I am also geing to stay on thease forums, because there is lots to do.
This is an amazing program! There is nothing like it on Earth!

Now I need to know what ort of things do I need to get for a fresh new instalation of the new version of Celestia. What are the first addons that evryone installs when they get a new copy?

What are the must have addons, that no one can live without?

Welcome to Celestia Turbinator!...of course I'm going to recomend my shuttle models and Earth shallow water texture...but then, who wouldn't?

Don't forget 'waves' coming very soon.

But, no, there's so much stuff on this forum it's best to have some sort of priority on what you want for yourself. Just go along step by step till you build your own particular universe. I've found it a most stimulating passtime.

You'll have a lot of fun here and that's a fact.
