cel: URLs are working again
cel:// URLs were no longer being recognized as links after I upgraded the phpBB forum software a couple months ago. I fixed this problem today by tweaking the forum code. Now, a cel: URL pasted from Celestia will appear as a clickable link if you put it inside a url bbcode tag:

I can't seem to get them to work - I get an error message popping up saying "Access to the specified device, path, or program is denied" (this in in win2k). Though that said, I did move my Celestia directory, maybe IE5 can't track where it's moved to. Don't suppose anyone knows how to point it in the right direction, do they?
(that's assuming this is the problem. I'll try solving that first though).
