Surfing for days i'm amazed by the amount of information that you can find, but i can't find anything more specifically done for Mac users !

There are a couple of long threads about the recent Mac versions in the Celestia Bugs forum. Celestia for Mac OS X has been enormously improved with version 1.3.0!
