ReShade preset for Celestia

Contains a ReShade preset for Celestia, currently includes sharpening and bloom.
You will need to install ReShade, it can be found here: https://reshade.me/.
Make sure to select the preset during setup.

I think Celestia Developers should integrate ReShade into Celestia.

There is a 20 years old gap between ReShade's graphic and Celestia's graphic.

From the ReShade website:

"As of January 1st 2017, ReShade is open sourced under the terms and conditions of the BSD 3-clause license! You can help development with your own contributions via the official GitHub repository."

"I think" is a wrong approach. The proper one is "Hey guys, I've wrote a few patches to enhance Celestia, please check them."

well, i think reshade should not be integrated into celestia until we pinpoint the source of the problem in the attached image. granted, we (or rather, i) have only seen it occur once... on my computer. you can call me selfish all you want, but it is very likely that this problem also occurs on other GPUs, or other computers with the same model of GPU as me (AMD Radeon Vega 3 iGPU). i think this should become FULLY compatible with celestia until we integrate it completely

by the way, if i ever learn glsl and my c++ coding experience improves, i would be glad to help with integrating reshade
