Christophe has just sent me a cute cookie addition for the Texture Foundry site. It will keep track of what textures are new for every user. You will find [ NEW ] next to the textures which have been modified since your last visit!
The first time everything will be NEW, though.
For the moment, there is nothing NEW yet, but as soon as I have a little time, I shall upgrade the TexFoundry massively.
