Mailbox time??

The box prints out for me:
All times are GMT + 2 Hours
At this moment, this corresponds to my /local/ time:
11:21 pm (MEST)
On the other hand, the box says on top:
The time now is Fri Apr 18, 2003 12:14 am
I am confused?
It would be useful to get the times of the box about right....;-)
