Hello all... I think Celestia is in danger of becoming a bit confused.
Version 1.2.5 is the current version on offer from shatters.net and I think we should still be developing for this version.
It seems to me that if I 'upgrade' to the latest pre-release I will have to reclaim some information to make certain add-ons to work correctly, a case in point is Rassilons NGC 1999. For example 'starnames.dat' no longer required.
Has this been covered?
I think we're in danger of becoming too fragmented in our approach.
Maybe I'm being a bit too cautious, but I have noticed some confusion in the forum on this issue.
Regards...bh.

Hello all... what I was getting at is this.. while we already have ssc and stc files in our extras or whatever... do we have to get new files to perform the same fuction?
If I upgrade to the latest prerelease am I going to lose my NGC 1999 and Rosetta nebulas' and have to install new files in order to reclaim them?
Regards...bh.
