Celestia Motherlode archive on GitHub

The Celestia Motherlode was formerly the main addon repository for Celestia, although recently most addons have been posted to the Celestia forum. As of 2020 August 27, the Motherlode (as well as Celestial Matters) are offline. I archived all the files in the "creators" directory of the Motherlode some time ago, so recently I've tried to upload them into a GitHub repository, and I was actually able to upload almost all of the files! (The exception being those over 100 MB in size.) I didn't post this earlier because some pages on the Motherlode started working again, so I thought it would come back online - that hasn't happened yet though.

So here's the link to the GitHub repository.

Here are some previous threads on this topic:

I have a November of 2019 crawl of motherlode. (~60Gig)
Here is a listing
DIrListing.7z
(26.11 KiB) Downloaded 657 times

If anything I have is newer, just let me know.

You might also want to look at https://www.jcvignoli.com/celestia/?lang=en

It is a dual language celestia site.

The Celestia Motherlode is back up!

Please note: For security reasons direct file uploads are no longer available. The catalog should work fine but the one or the other surrounding link may directs to a 404 (the document you requested could not be found) for now. In this case you do not have to notify us; we will fix link errors soon.

Merry Christmas.

A big Thank you very much to
