Rotational Axis Vector for Earth and Mars?

Hey, I'm trying to get Earth and Mars to rotate around their actual rotational axis' (in which their polar ice caps don't move) in my script but I can't figure out the proper vector to put in my orbit command. does any one know what these vectors are? Thanks
