New Fonts for other languages

I want to use Celestia in a Natural History Museum in Ankara, Turkey. Therefore I ask for allowance from the developer.

How can I make new fonts? The fonts in Celestia are not compatible with any font editor I use. Can anybody give me an advice? Thanks
